Job Description:/h3:
We are a fast growing, boutique wine importing company based in Brooklyn, NY. We have been in operation for 5 years we consider ourselves a start:up. We currently sell our wines throughout the tri:state area and are looking to grow into other markets. Up until now, we have been doing the administration ourselves, and have reached a level where we are looking for a full time administrative assistant who will take over those responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
:Develop and implement organized filing systems
:Plan and schedule appointments and events
:Work directly with owners and sales team to provide daily task support
:Process sales orders
:Organize schedule of owners and sales team
:Develop and manage E:mail marketing campaign
:Working directly with owners to enter monthly pricing and log all changes
:Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
:Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
:Ability to prioritize and multitask
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
:Strong attention to detail
: x200B;Strong organizational skills
:Proficient with Microsoft Office and Constant Contact (or other E:mail service)
:Knowledge of quickbooks is a plus
:Speaking French and/or Italian is a plus, but not a requirement
