Job Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Individual must be a self starter with a professional demeanor. Responsibilities: Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist guests Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform other office tasks and office management duties as assigned Assist in administrating IT infrastructure with third party IT provider Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Minimum of Associates Degree or higher level of education Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Strong use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, ETC) Company Description SDS is an award winning, world class real estate development company based in Brooklyn NY.
