RockPaperRobot (RPR) is looking for an energetic, organized and self-motivated person to join its growing team as a full-time Administrative Assistant. We are seeking someone who has good judgment and can figure out things on his/er own. As Administrative Assistant, you will fulfill a "swiss army knife" suite of responsibilities that include supporting our staff of 4+ people, and helping us manage our e-commerce platform.

About RPR:

RPR is an engineering and design firm that sits at the intersection of decor, art and technology. We create and sell kinetic furniture, increasing the versatility, utility and personalization of residential and comercial spaces.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing office operations, logistics and processes efficiently, including welcoming in-person visitors, ordering office supplies and equipment, supporting internet needs, and organizing external and company-wide meetings.
- Supporting CEO's internal and external communications, including following-up on correspondence with clients, investors, press and team members.
- Managing and coordinating CEO's schedule, including speaking engagements, meetings and travel.
- Assisting CEO with development of presentations, graphics, product launches and social media posts.
- Assisting CEO with research of competition, and growth and funding opportunities.
- Supporting management of e-commerce platform.
- Supporting RPR's presence in social media and online outlets.


- Minimum 2+ years of relevant office experience.
- Minimum 1+ year/s experience with e-commerce platforms.
- You are able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- You are tech and social media savvy, and have high proficiency with Google platform Apps, Powerpoint, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and social media platforms.
- You have strong administrative skills, including professional writing skills, articulate phone manner, attention to detail and resourcefulness.
- You are organized, detail-oriented and diplomatic, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at the same time.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and a team-player mindset.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred, not essential).
