Currently looking for an administrative assistant with the following experience. Must be able to work Wednesday and Friday from 930a-500p plus another day during the week, same hours. If you can only work Wed & Fri, that is ok.

• Answer telephones and provide general information in response to clients inquiries
• Deliver written and oral messages to relevant parties
• Must pay close attention to detail
• Should be professional and polite
• Maintain files and records for both digital and paper
• Type and prepare documents as required
• Ability to use multi-line phone, fax, copiers, printers and scanners

Required Skills and Personality Traits

• Professional demeanor, mature, friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows), Google Apps (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets etc.) and Dropbox
• Should have working knowledge of Apples operating system (Mac) and familiar with different social media outlets
• Should be good typist
• Skilled in reading, spelling, grammar and simple arithmetic
• Able to follow verbal and written directions
Must be able to communicate in Spanish - reading and writing is a plus not a must
