We are looking for someone awesome to join our growing and expanding team. This is a full-time position ON SITE ONLY. We are looking for someone that is very experience in all Office Procedures, Quick Books, Invoicing, Entering PO's, Customer Service, Monthly Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Payable and Receivables as well as being very organized.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct telephone calls
• Exceptional knowledge of accounting procedures, computers and relevant software applications
• Provide administrative support to the owner
• Invoice clients and enter payments in Quickbooks
• Maintain list of office equipment and supplies needed
• Accoeunts Payable & Receivables
• Organize and maintain file systems, files correspondence, reports and other records.


Skill Requirements:

- College degree preferred (But not necessary)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Office Manager experience.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Skills in Quick books, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, detail oriented.
