Job Description R&G Brenner Income Tax is seeking professional, organized, and reliable receptionists to help keep our Tax Team organized and to provide our customers with the BEST Customer Service possible. Full & part time positions currently available in Westchester, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, and Manhattan, as well as Nassau and Suffolk counties on Long Island. Receptionist duties include but are not limited to: Greet all clients in a professional welcoming manner Assisting all clients with basic concerns or questions they may have Monitoring & directing incoming calls and email correspondence Schedule management and general office organization Taking charge of additional duties and special projects as needed Ensuring all R&G Brenner clients are completely satisfied with service before leaving Required qualifications: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with great interpersonal skills At least 1 year of office/receptionist experience Professional work attire Ability to work & keep up in a fast paced environment Good phone etiquette Self-Motivated Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking not required but a plus If the above sounds like you, kindly apply by emailing your resume and outlining in 3 sentences, why you would be ideal for this position.
