Position Summary:Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play an integral role in the development and implementation of a successful strategy to expand the Mini:Circuits brand footprint and promote Mini:Circuits products across multiple channels including social, search, email, and mobile. Success in this role will be measured by demonstrable impact on market awareness of Mini:Circuits product offering, growth in social media follower:ship and website traffic, acquisition of qualified leads, and impact on web sales.
Job Functions

Cultivate working knowledge of the features, functions and vocabulary of Mini:Circuits products, their markets and applications through structured training, independent research and by internal networking with subject matter experts throughout the organization.
Apply deep knowledge of digital advertising, social media and content marketing to help build the infrastructure that will enable coordinated delivery of marketing communications to a segmented audience within the RF/microwave engineering niche.
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts in marketing, advertising, engineering and senior management to source and develop effective messaging campaigns to promote the Mini:Circuits brand and Mini:Circuits products across all channels.
Identify and monitor relevant groups, competitors, customers and influencers within the RF/microwave engineering space to define target audience and gain understanding of current trends in the field.
Identify and propose viable opportunities to expand the reach of our marketing communications through new outlets.
Develop and present campaign plans to managers and other stakeholders to gain buy:in, and manage all aspects of campaign execution from ideation through delivery.
Employ leading tools to schedule daily social media posts, engage with followers, and maximize the exposure of our content.
Manage search engine visibility through both paid campaigns and organic search results and employ SEO best practices to maintain top search rankings for relevant keywords.
Parse CRM contact database into interest groups and help develop tailored email newsletter campaigns.
Research and deploy automation technologies to build customer engagement without compromising brand integrity.
Establish meaningful metrics and performance indicators to gauge campaign performance, conversion and ROI.
Procure and install systems for collecting and reporting performance data, and use data:driven insights to develop action plans for future content development.
Contribute to internal communications programs other content initiatives as needs dictate.
Other projects and tasks to be determined as need arises.

Desired Qualifications
:Bachelors Degree with focus in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing or similar
:At least 3 years professional experience in a digital marketing role. Tech industry experience preferred.
:Some background in technical subjects (Physics, Mathematics,
Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, etc.) preferred
:Must be either a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (green card holder) due to ITAR compliance regulations
:Genuine interest in science, technology and industry
:Certificate in digital/social media marketing a plus
:Exemplary writing and editing skill with proven experience writing compelling content for blogs, web publications and other outlets. Work samples required.
:Proven experience managing social media content for
business/enterprise (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube).
:Knowledge and experience implementing successful campaigns on social media paid advertising platforms
:Portfolio of writing samples and relevant past work must be included for consideration.
:Strong proficiency in all MS office applications.
