PAVE supports the establishment and operation of: PAVE Red Hook, a Pre:Kindergarten : 8th grade public charter school in Red Hook, Brooklyn. In 2017 : 2018, PAVE Red Hook will educate 480 Pre:Kindergarten : 8th grade scholars.PAVE Southeast, a Kindergarten : 8th grade public charter school in Raleigh, NC. In PAVE Southeast will educate 320 Kindergarten : 3rd grade scholars.Future schools founded on the core values of Perseverance, Achievement, Vibrance, and Excellent character.PAVE Schools seeks a Director of Data and Information Management (DDIM) to serve as a key operational leader across two elementary schools, one middle school, and a management entity. The DDIM will be an important member of the network staff and operations team, and is tasked with ensuring that data and information for the charter management organization and school operations are clearly organized, streamlined, accessible, and reported with exceptional quality. A collaborator with school:based Directors of Operations and other functional leaders, the DDIM will uncover the highest leverage ways to use data, and operationalize this data for easy use. The DDIM will be an expert in Excel, database management, systems creation, and training/implementation of data/information systems, and report directly to the Chief Operating and Financial Officer.CLEAR AND CONSISTENT HIGH EXPECTATIONS IN A STRUCTURED ENVIRONMENT: PAVE team members believe firmly that all children can achieve at high levels, both academically and behaviorally, in a positive and structured school environment.
