Job Description
Mpower is currently looking to hire a proactive individual to become the new Quality Assurance Administrator and become an integral part of our marketing team. The candidate will work out of our Brooklyn Office, which is located right by the Brooklyn Junction. The candidates primary responsibility will be to develop and cultivate a compliant atmosphere among the Companys multiple telephonic campaigns, all while ensuring that Mpowers quality standards are met throughout all activities.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
:Ensure quality and validity among various telephonic campaigns
:Oversee and build the Companys Quality Assurance and Customer Assurance teams
:Scheduling, hiring, and training various Quality Assurance Agents
:Create and update various reports
:Create reports and utilize reporting to manage agents
The ideal candidate will have a hands:on approach and be able to multi:task with various campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for cultivating and growing Mpowers Quality Assurance and Customer Assurance team. This will be done by ensuring that the representatives understand Mpowers quality standards and are applying the knowledge on each interaction. The candidate can achieve these goals and provide support to the team, by listening to sales and verification recordings, training agents, holding regular calibrations with different Campaigns, developing reports and statistical analysis, and ensuring that each agent is improving.

:Strong written and verbal communication skills
:Ability to work as a team player as well as being self:driven
:Fluency in English and Spanish is required
:Experience with Five9 preferred but not required
:Problem:solving and decision:making skills
:Critical thinking and problem resolution skills
:Technical expertise in Microsoft Office, Specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
:Ability to work in a fast:paced, ever:changing environment
:Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Compensation will vary based on education and experience.
