JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Call Center Service Representative is an entry level position responsible for professionally responding to telephone inquiries from WSI partners and Vendors.
* Build and maintain relationships with WSI cross functional teams / Vendors
* Facilitate/participate in project meetings
* Identify service trends and notify appropriate partners
* Analyze problems, determine approach and prepare reports/recommendations
* Develop process flows and document existing processes to identify areas of opportunity to increase process effectiveness
* Develop business relationship to meet or exceed sales and return objectives
* Complete other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
*
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Technical skills required: Microsoft Office Suite, TPM, AS400
* Ability to multi:task in fast:paced environment
* Works well in a close knit team environment and will take the initiative to help the team reach their goals
* Salesforce knowledge preferred
