Position Summary
The Consultant works closely with Human resources and plays a role in the delivery, support and implementation of SuccessFactors. Candidates for this position should have experience with SuccessFactors Recruitment Module, Recruitment Marketing and Onboarding. This consultant will work on site with the customer and serve as the process and data migration team lead for the SuccessFactors integration project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serves as a liaison between the internal/external business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications
* Manage changes to specifications, and communicate to the IT organization on the direction of the business.
* Gather information about the organizations work processes and information flows.
* Document existing process in technical model format in order to evaluate and define new IT solutions and implementation processes.
* Possess an understanding of technological trends and use this knowledge to bring solutions to business groups supported to enhance the enterprise competitive edge.
* Execute functional, integration, non:functional, and regression tests (as applicable)
* Has basic understanding of business, market and industry issues facing a specific business unit or function. Supports several simple to moderately complex business processes.
* Work closely with Business users and assist with the coordination of UAT during releases
* Gather and analyze the clients Human Resources business requirements and objectives
* Assist with preparation of training materials as well as teaching customers how to utilize SuccessFactors and/or related systems
* Ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors, and/or related products while adhering to product standards
* Ensure the proper management and successful delivery of the project
* Develop necessary system configuration to satisfy clients needs
* Participate in client and corporate meetings
* Three or more years of experience in a technology or consulting environment SuccessFactors Recruitment Module, Recruitment Marketing and Onboarding
* Bachelors degree and/or 5 to 10 years related experience.
* SuccessFactors Professional Certification in any of the above listed modules
* Hands:on experience participating in software implementation projects as part of the implementation team
* Previous experience implementing SuccessFactors Recruitment, and/or related Software
* Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources industry best practices
* Business acumen to compliment system consulting
