Drive Field HR initiatives as they relate to Company business goals and performance. Build effective relationships throughout the organization, provide thought leadership regarding HR strategy and execution, and provide leadership development support for the Field, guide and influence decisions with integrity, and strategically anticipate, analyze and respond to HR matters. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Strategic HR Consulting: Serve as a strategic partner to Zone VPs and Field business leaders. Collaborate on, develop, communicate and initiate business objectives that align with the overall company plans and strategic goals. Proactively identify the need for learning and development, retention strategies, succession planning and career development. Coaching and Development: Provide day:to:day performance management guidance (coaching, counseling, career development, succession planning, and disciplinary action) to Field Senior Leadership and HRBPs. Maintain oversight of Club Human Resources functions. Work strategically with Home Office business partners and Zone VPs to support, select and develop club leadership. Select, develop and coach Human Resources Business Partners (A?HRBPsA? ). Collaborate with Zone VPs to support and execute HR initiatives. Partner with Zone VPs to identify internal high potential talent and ensure sufficient resourcing and support of their development. Team Member Relations: Develop and deploy preemptive positive Team Member relation tactics to include competitive pay practices, regular and consistent execution of Company recognition programs, and fair and consistent implementation of all company policies, procedures and programs. Ensure all appropriate Team Member relations programs are executed in the Field to support influencing, managing, and resolving complex team member relations issues. Work closely with HRBPs and field management teams to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Minimize third party intervention by ensuring fair and consistent administration of all company policies, procedures and programs in the Clubs. Conflict Resolution: Guide HRBPs through investigation of Team Member conflict, workplace violence, wage and hour, sexual harassment, harassment and discrimination complaints as well as any complaints filed with federal, state and local agencies. Collaborate with Legal Counsel to ensure best outcome and resolution. Project Management: Analyze current business processes, HR trends and metrics to identify and develop necessary solutions, programs and policies in collaboration with business partners. Design, collaborate upon, and oversee multiple, concurrent projects in support of business objectives. Communication: Effectively design and deliver consistent communications for Zone VPs and HRBPs to support weekly meetings with Regional and Club leaders. Compliance: Maintain in:depth knowledge of company policies and employment law requirements to minimize legal risk and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policy. Ensure full compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, including but not limited to, solicitation, ADA, record keeping, leaves of absence, safety, wage and hour, and child labor. Requirements: 7 + years Human Resources leadership experience Strong coaching and mentoring skills Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Strong judgment and critical thinking skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data Ability to build and maintain trust:based, collaborative relationships and influence others Proven experience managing multiple priorities and projects across teams Ability to handle confidential information with discernment and sensitivity Ability to travel frequently Preferred Qualifications: BachelorA?s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration PHR/SPHR/CP/SCPEnvironmental Job ConditionsMost of the time is spent movi
