POSITION SUMMARY: Recruiting and Talent Management Intern will learn the role and function of recruitment at a non:profit organization. Position is unpaid and requires minimum of 25 hours per week RESPONSIBILITIES: A: Assist in sourcing for qualified applicants A: Observe phone and in:person interviews A: Engage and learn how to develop relationships within team and with hiring managers A: Conduct audits on postings A: Assist with reference checks A: Attend job fairs A: Participate in initiatives and projects REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS A: Enrolled as a Junior/Senior in an Undergraduate/Graduate program of a Human Resources or related program EXPERIENCE A: Experience within a human resources department preferred KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: A: Communicate effectively with exceptional written and oral communication skills A: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A: Possess strong analytical abilities and organizational skills A: Ability to think beyond immediate tasks and to meet deadlines A: Capable of working in a confidential environment : Please submit your resume to with A?Recruitment Intern : SummerA? in the subject line.
