Associate you are responsible for greeting our staff each morning, welcoming in our guests + making them feel at home, oh and wishing us well at the end of a long work day. In between, we look to you to maintain our day-to-day front desk activities such as answering and routing phone calls, facilitating requests from our associates, adhering our visitors and staff to our security policies, and just plain helping us get through our work day!Essential Functions:* Check in visitors and inform associates guests have arrived.* Maintain front area to ensure security is met at all times.* Maintain and update phone extensions on a monthly basis.* Answer and direct all incoming calls accurately and in warm professional manner; take and relay all messages accordingly.* Act as an information resource for all associates.* Maintain a professional appearance of reception area at all times - clean, attractive and uncluttered.* Direct all deliveries, and couriers to appropriate person/area.* Distribute our catalogs as requested or needed* Help track and facilitate all office activities and events in conjunction with appropriate staff member.* Manage conference room bookings.* Support assigned VP's with Travel, Visas, Expenses, Calendar Management, and any meeting prep necessary.* Book car service and messenger services as necessary.* Work with EA's on all ad hoc projectREQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSQualifications:To be truly successful in this role your approach to the day should be of a service mindset, "How can I help you?" and a positive attitude will go extra far. We are seeking candidates who: have* Reception experience in a corporate environment and/or Hotel front desk concierge preferred.* The ability to work comfortably in a high volume fast paced environment.* Strong computer and data entry skills with strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word & Excel.* Must enjoy and excel at greeting and directing visitors and callers.
