As a Sales Supervisor in our Consumer and Mass Markets division, you’ll be leading and inspiring a team of consultants to sell game-changing technology solutions in a call center.

Manage a team of 18 - 22 Consultants and unionized workforce
Motivate your team to deliver first-class customer service
Lead your team to maximize sales opportunities and hit targets
Review and analyze call center reports
Provide regular feedback, identify coaching opportunities and manage the team’s progress
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of internet concepts, such as data speeds, popular consumer apps and over-the-top (OTT) applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility with work hours including working nights and weekends.
Even better if you have:
Two or more years of supervisory experience in sales support/customer service call center environment.
Experience effectively coaching and developing employees in a sales environment providing skills, support and motivation.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to travel on occasion.
