Overview:The Center Manager is responsible for allaspects of center management, including having a focus on sales performance andoperational excellence while ensuring compliance with Company policies andprotocols. Center performance will be measured by sales revenue to goal andlead to patient conversion. The Center Manager is responsible for ensuringtheir center meets the highest standards of service while maintainingoperational excellence! Responsibilities:a€ cents Exceeds center sales and profitability goals. a€ cents Ensures all processes and operating systems in the areas of LASIK sales,retention, customer service, and center operations are properly deployed andoptimized. Ensure timely reporting of all key performance metrics. a€ cents Leads sales performance meetings with center staff to ensure they areknowledgeable of current goal standards and center performance guidelines.a€ cents Ensures consistency in sales model while promoting company directives. a€ cents Manages laser room and equipment.a€ cents Act as liaison between Medical Director, OD and staff.a€ cents Oversees cash management and loss prevention.a€ cents Monitors progress of post operative procedures; oversees patient flow.a€ cents Coachesa€ (TM) staff on performance and professional development holds all employees to the highest standards of accountability and operational excellence.a€ cents Manages employee relations issues as needed in conjunction with managementteam pursuant to Company policies and the high standards of professionalism.Qualifications:a€ cents Success selling a service or program in a consultative sales commission environment. a€ cents Demonstrated ability to influence and manage a customer/patient centric environment a€ cents Management experience including hiring, performance management, coaching and training.a€ cents Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work in afast-paced, team-oriented, changing retail service environment.a€ cents Excellent customer service skills with the ability to be nurturing,sympathetic and empathetic towards the needs of the member while holding themaccountable to program protocol.a€ cents Demonstrate the ability to interact and work appropriately with patients andco-workers and at all levels of the Company in a positive, productive andprofessional manner.a€ cents Flexibility and ability to adapt to and implement change. a€ cents Basic computer skills with proficiency in of Microsoft Office, including Word,Outlook and Excel and ability to use and learn a CRM Database/POS system.a€ cents Exceptional sales skills and commitment to customer service.a€ cents Excellent communication skills in verbally and in writing. Must have theability to establish and maintain relationships with patientsa€ cents Leadership skills with the ability to be self-directed.a€ cents Bachelora€ (TM) s degree in a related field or equivalent of education and workexperience combined. a€ cents Performance based sales experience in a retail service commission environmentstrongly preferred.a€ cents Knowledge and/or experience in weight loss, high end retail, cosmetics,wellness and/or health club industry experience preferred.a€ cents Experience selling $1,000+. .
