Job Description Who We Are Arbie Development’s primary focus is to assist struggling homeowners to divest themselves of their distressed property. Working with Arbie Development homeowners are provided access to resources that would have otherwise been unavailable to them such as litigators, investors, negotiators, and property managers. Our primary objective at Arbie is to facilitate a win-win for all our clients. Homeowners sleep easy at night by divesting themselves of a toxic asset, and our investors capitalize on an investment opportunity. The Ideal Candidate The Inside sales rep is an individual that connects with the homeowner providing value, insight, and leadership. This person is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way and with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. This person has immense focus and can do one thing for a long time without getting distracted. The right candidate has a high degree of persistence and stability. This person has a lot of empathy and a strong drive to help people through stressful situations. Responsibilities Sales position with 95% of your time allocated to engaging homeowners on the phone Manage a portfolio of clients, both existing and new. Use our property sourcing software to screen potential clients. Build close partnerships with clients and help deliver the best solutions for all parties. Learn and apply the entire process of a deal. Manage the entire process from cold call through closing. Conduct in-person consultations thoroughly evaluating the client’s needs. Use our in-house software to "hunt" for promising opportunities. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented What we offer Competitive base salary. 1099 Corp-to-Corp Pay Structure.
