Mini:Circuits sells our products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, field applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive web site.
Position Summary : Marketing Analyst
The Marketing Analyst supports the organizations business objectives of maximizing company profits, developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns and generating new sales through direct contact with Mini:Circuits Representatives and end:users creating opportunities to sell more products to new and existing customers; sell existing products to more customers in the same market and for the similar applications.
This position requires outstanding communication skills, analytical thinking, ability to learn quickly, overcome objections, multi:tasking, and organization. Teamwork is essential as this individual will have to work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Publishing and Management teams to achieve strategic growth goals. This position is located in our Brooklyn, NY headquarters.
Job Functions
:Support the work of Marketing Manager and Mini:Circuits executives on projects directed at meeting company business goals and objectives; ensure completion of deliverables
:Participate in market analysis; identify, develop and/or evaluate marketing and sales strategies to increase gross margin and maximize return on investment
:Coordinate development and implementation of all marketing activities to promote Mini:Circuits products and ensure enhanced brand recognition
:Analyze effectiveness of all marketing efforts and refine future initiatives
:Strategically plan and manage the execution of promotional campaigns, including project management and managing progress throughout campaign lifecycle
:Act as primary contact for project trafficking with Reps, customers and internal teams; organize and optimize workflow to ensure that all elements are handled according to procedures and set schedule
:Assist with and/or participate in lead generation activities using internet and industry trade references
:Organize weekly sales leads (1st time buys from existing and new customers, web orders) to generate new leads and additional sales; analyze follow up feedback from Representatives and set actions, as required
:Research, qualify and follow:up with prospects; conduct email prospecting (via Mini:Circuits Representatives and directly to target customers)
:Effectively communicate and follow:up with prospects after initial introductions
:Develop expertise in product capabilities and
determine/introduce appropriate solutions for prospects
:Advocate product offerings and feedback gathered through customer relations to appropriate internal resources
:Work with Marketing, Sales and Business Pipeline Teams to develop customer contact strategies to deepen prospect relationships and increase sales opportunities
:Gather competition information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, etc.
:Develop and maintain process, procedure, and workflow documentation
:Utilize knowledge of business and product lines to determine and position value:added solutions offering to promote business growth
:Assist Publishing team with digital communications including promotional materials, website content, monthly newsletter and blogs and
