Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (Entry level or Experienced)

We are seeking sales professionals to add to our Pharmaceutical Sales Rep team to sell in markets that revolve around complex science. We are currently looking for sales professional for our Pharmaceutical Sales team with industry knowledge and pharmaceutical product education so we can improve the lives of the patients we serve. We as an organization not only recognizes performance, but also the manner in which performance is achieved.

As one of our Pharmaceutical Sales Reps (Entry level or experienced) you will call on Health Care Professionals (Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, etc.) involved in the treatment of several different therapeutic diseases. Customers will include Primary Care Physicians and Specialty Doctors and their staff. The Pharmaceutical Sales Rep will be responsible for all aspects of sales, market development and strategic business planning and implementation for the local territory. This individual works dependently with Account Management, Marketing and Sales Operations as appropriate to assure the pull:through strategies and tactics will achieve the desired sales results.

The Pharmaceutical Sales Rep Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
:The Pharmaceutical Sales Rep role is broken out into four key role areas: Consultative Selling, Tactical Execution, Territory Management and Business Planning.
:The Pharmaceutical Sales Rep will provide information about healthcare and pharmacology products directly to existing and potential customers in order to insure appropriate utilization of healthcare products.
:As one of our Pharmaceutical Sales Reps you must have a deep understanding of each customers environment to actively engage them with the intention of gaining commitment to utilize our healthcare products. Effectively utilizes sales skills to influence prescribing behavior and achieve a consistently high level of performance.
:The Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist will execute the strategies and tactics as determined by a plan of action and identified in the sales process.
:You will need to meet and exceed annual sales goals that contribute to the overall company objectives while acting in compliance with laws, regulations and policies.
:As a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep you will develop a strategic business plan by identifying and allocating appropriate resources; tracks results against the plan over time, and adjusts priorities and resources as customers and markets change.

Pharmaceutical Sales Representative job requirements:
:Understands and has an intimate knowledge of the customer and market influences within their territory.
:Develops specific plans to leverage this understanding as necessary to drive sales results.
:Proven and consistent sales track record as a high performer.
:Strong Clinical selling skills and strong level of business acumen with industry training being preferred.
:Ability to establish, develop and maintain high quality relationships with physician customer base.
:Excellent verbal / presentation communication skills.
:Strong interpersonal, influencing leadership skills.
:Strong in:depth knowledge of Specialty Biotech/Pharma working in managed care environment.
:Must be able to acquire and maintain industry certifications.
:Strong analytical skills with attention to fiscal management.
