Job Description High Rise Fire and Security is a leading fire alarm and life safety solutions provider. We provide and service life safety systems throughout the New York City. We are recognized as an Edwards Systems Technology (EST) Strategic Partner. We are looking for Account Executives to join our Construction Sales Team to work in the New York City Metro territory. Candidates will be highly motivated and has the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. The ideal incumbent will have strong interpersonal, relationship building skills and experience. Experience in working with property owners and general contractors is ideal. Identify and qualify client needs, develop and implement sales strategies, negotiate and close profitable projects with property owners and general contractors Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Two-year technical degree or an equivalent of 2-3 years of industry experience in life safety or electronic security systems required. Proven successful track record of outside B2B sales ideal. Possess technical aptitude, understanding of construction blueprints. Strong consideration given to those with Architecture, Engineering, IT Systems, Construction background and /or similar industry Company Description High Rise specializes in the installation, service and maintenance of fire alarm systems within the New York City area.
