Job Description
At Vigilante, the essential functions of an HVAC Service Technician are to provide general HVAC repair and services. This position handles service calls to customers in their homes and commercial businesses and utilizes customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing service, products and finance options.
+ Apply local HVAC codes in a practical manner on each job.
+ Work with inspectors, suppliers and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work while abiding by all codes.
+ Draw simple diagrams and be able to read blue prints and other diagrams.
+ Provide excellent customer service.
Job Requirements:
+ 3 years of residential HVAC service repair and installation experience.
+ Valid driver s license
+ Clean Background
+ Drug Free
+ 1 year of residential plumbing and heating experience
+ Technical school
+ Steam and hot water troubleshooting ability
+ Residential heating system replacement experience
+ Nexstar service training
+ Nate certification
+ Universal EPA or EPA 1 & 2 Certification
